I remember when the Ultimate books followed a "dead is dead" policy. Then Robert Kirkman came along and screwed that all up by reviving Beast, saying SHIELD switched his body. It was pretty much necessary for the PSP Monster Hunter games, and an absolute pain in the arse. I've avoided most map packs for games, but I did grab BC2 Vietnam, and that was absolutely worth the asking price. It was akin to the old expansion packs you used to get for 1942/BF2 than the current map pack trend of 3 new maps.
