    He's low in the tier list because he's generally banned. It's like having a character that can kill you in 2 hits, that character would be banned and not even exist in a tier list. But don't quote me on that :)

    Those are actually legit reasons! But one might assume that you use the 2nd DS lite or 2nd/3rd 3DS for pirated carts. Not judging if you do, though.

    Vita's problems are that:
    1) it is competing with PS3. Lacking Library of games.
    2) it is competing with the DS, DSi, 3DS and now the 2DS.
    3) 32gb memory card should have come free with the system.
    4) it should play PS2 games.

    The name is a factor, but the lack of games was bigger.
