I would love it if there were permanent rooms in a dungeon and there were random rooms as well. I don't like it when everything is just random, I would want something distinct to make that particular dungeon special. A room to "anchor" my fond memories to, if you will.

Lulu would probably look the same exact way in all 12 panels. Remember when she was pregnant in FFX-2? She looked exactly the same; same body, same face, same polygons. Crazy.
