I barely even notice the tables; I’m too busy going, “What the fuck am I doing in Times Square and how do I get away as soon as possible OH MY GOD I’M GOING TO BEAT YOU TO DEATH WITH YOUR FUCKING UMBRELLA STROLLER AND BAG OF TOYS R US PURCHASES GAAAAH”

BUT HOW ELSE CAN I SNEAK IN FOOD AND WATER SO I DONT GO BROKE

alternate title:

I sure hope he’s able to overcome that and find success in his professional and personal life. :)

while i am far from believing that every rom-com is good (and i know because i’ve seen Because I Said So...twice), i do think that at least some of the reason we all think “rom-coms suck” is because they are traditionally considered “chick flicks”?

I’ll just say that I’m a veterinarian who does mostly small animal work, and I agree with this post 100%. If they didn’t do exactly what I would have done, they acted responsibly, and they tried. I don’t fault them for the choice they made.

This is what I saw in my mind when I read “Healthy Tampons.”

They get docked a point for advertising this product as chemical free.

I’m currently in IL and surrounded by corn! Kiiara where are you?

Some people just love to make the Perfect the enemy of the Good.... That’s the only reason I can think of for people to get snide & indignant about Whole Foods expanding stores & lower price-points into unsupported areas. They’d rather have the food-deserts than have Whole Foods try to do something about it?...

This is an excellent point. A friend of mine moved to a medium city in Georgia and couldn’t find any vegetables beyond like carrots and green beans. Even in my rich-person-paradise, I have to go to specialty stores for my daikons and bean sprouts and specialty herbs. Everyone can be snide about “curated” grocery

I respectfully disagree. I love everything about it. I feel like not everyone could pull it off though.

Mazzy Star : "There's a blue light ( in my best friends room)" , or "Fade Into You".

Seriously Kelly, can you start a monthly review column because I would be so down with that. I got hooked on this series from the post you make about Nine Rules this summer. Clearly we jive when it comes to reading tastes, and there's a reason I bought an ereader: to load it chock full of happy, sappy goodness.

what pissed me off the most was the fact that he didn't wipe the existing hair off of the tweezers in between pulls. Like START FRESH OMG

Yes. Me too.

Not a nod to Claudia's earrings (generally mis-matched but thematic and totally on trend for 2014)?!?!?!?! I'm astounded.
