Not sure it’s legal for a kit car to be registered with a collector plate in WI. Should be a hobbyist plate. They upped the requirements for the collector plate in 2014, but maybe they grandfathered plates issued before 2014. In any event, way overpriced. CP

I don’t know about a Mustang, but when my car lost its brakes at a track event, the gravel hardly did anything thanks to all the underbody panels - the car kind of just surfed over them.
