Piper Traumahawk....it's safer with the wings off.

I wouldn't label the majority of Jalopnik readers as "most of today's car buying public"...yes, you do pay more in upkeep for a used luxury or exotic car, but it's the price of admission to a different car driving experience. I LIKE my daily commute in my AMG - it's therapy after a day of work! How many Kia or Camry

They should have showed it in real time instead of slow motion at first.

Audi: from >50 ft we can't tell the difference between any of our sedans, either...

I honestly tried to come up with one for this list, but couldn't find a decent example...bravo to those who did!

May just be me, but over 60k for an '08 s65 with that many miles seems a bit high by at least $10k. I say buy one cheaper elsewhere and pocket the difference for expenses...

Im in the same boat, there is a well known Ferrari mechanic in the town I live in, so getting one has always been tempting....

Used S63 or E63 AMG. Onramps no problem, nice ride, can pass anything in the blink of an eye, best seats ever and massage function ensures you will still be able to feel your backside, awesome stereo.

Thunderdome....two trucks enter, one truck leaves..

I didn't intend to imply a direct comparison, I was just saying that if one wants a nice Pontiac muscle car of the era, that 20 grand buys better options (such as the Firebird or GTO). As for the Firebird, I know firsthand...I own a '68 400

Your welcome, G.R.! While I nominated this beast, being the Pontiac nut that I am, must agree that the price is a bit high. 20 large buys a very nice first gen Firebird or a decent GTO. I do understand the seller's mentality in terms of perhaps finding a collector who might bit on the price, but agree with most on

Freejack. Great trailer, horrible movie

"Knight Rider...a shadowy flight into the dangerous world of a man...who can not act"

I am guessing that perhaps its an "ease of maintenance" thing, where its easier if there is an issue with the unit to access it (vs. if its buried in the dash). If they are going to do that, I would suggest they create a cradle interface where one could take their ipad or galaxy and mount it there. Would still be

Well, everyone has different tastes... I can't stand the "tacked on" infotainment screen on the newer small Mercs, such as the CLA, GLA and C class.

any new car will have less wear on the interior than a used one. I guarantee you, however that the Kias interior wont look half as nice at 30,000 miles as the Mercs does at over twice that.

Disagree about it having an "s class interior". Its very nice, but its not as nice as the interior in the s. Otherwise, though, whats not to like?
