As long as one goes in knowing that you will likely have a few items to fix and the maintenance costs will be high, it's the price one pays for owning a real gem of a car, and its a nice price!

. I know firsthand, as my first car was an '81 that I got from my grandad. He felt so bad about the engine cracking open, he got his friend, who owned a diesel shop, to put a gas engine that they had lying around, in the car....which still had diesel markings. I believe you can get the same engine that the 68 GTO has in the 68 Firebird 400. You should be able to get a decent Firebird for a little less than the GTO. Having a 68 bird myself, however, I can tell you that you need to subtract at least 10-30 HP per decade if its the original motor...age takes its toll..
that guy in the back of the pack is a real Nimrod....
thanks, but I'll wait for the self destructing diesel version....
Porsche Land...the greatest car experience...
Except they would charge you for the actual seat in the roller coaster, and the park would look almost exactly the same as it did fifty years ago.
Still no S8 from Ronin = still a FAIL
What makes the E63 better than the c63 or s63? With the s63 you can get a nice massage while you destroy your tires...
