No Cruise control. A base model Subaru Impreza has no cruise control. The car has an MSRP around $17,000 for a manual, but if you want cruise control you can't get the entry level trim which is an additional $3k or so.

The tender cable is in the trunk. The trunk can only be opened from the inside of the car. The doors are electronic. Provided you can get to the plug in the trunk, it can be charged back up that way but not instantly jumped.
