People who believe that digital prices should be based upon the exchange rate make me laugh. Just because your money is worth more, doesn't mean you should pay less. You're not importing a physical product from America or something.

Maybe the people you know are the niche, then, because everyone I know buys music in some capacity. Most buy vinyl.

Here's the thing; CD sales are going down. Vinyl sales are not. Yes, there have been less sales overall since the advent of piracy. However, you're only looking at one facet of the industry.

Exactly. That's why nowadays it's becoming more common to stream albums prior to release or outright give them away for free digitally. If people enjoy it, they're going to make an effort to buy the album on vinyl and go to a show.

Please explain to me how vinyl sales continue to increase, specifically how they have increased over 55% in 2011 alone.

Sounds more like a pop-punk game to me.

This whole system seems kind of redundant, but perhaps some information was omitted and we'll learn more about it soon. When I buy albums on vinyl, I get a code to download and listen to it digitally for free - why can't they do the same with UMDs?

Avatar: The Last Airbender did appear before Avatar was trademarked, but Viacom didn't foresee it becoming a franchise, and so did not trademark it. When they

It is definitely not one of the prettiest games on consoles. Unless you mean it has the prettiest art, in which case I would disagree.

I don't really get the hate for Enchanted Arms, I didn't think it was that bad. Not Game of the Year material by any means, but it was one of the first games I got for the 360, and I found it to be enjoyable.

Did you fail at courtesy? Apparently so.

I would assume so, yes. You're opting out of the entire agreement, I would think.

It's a fucked up world we live in.

No, because you can't log into PSN without accepting the EULA.

Unfortunately, the patch was recalled, and the only way to play online with your friends is for them to delete it or wait for the next one. Who knows when that'll be.

The PC has problems as well, but the reason they are focusing on a PS3 patch is because there is a bug which causes the game to stop saving. The PC and Xbox 360 do not have this problem.

Unfortunately, the N64 controller isn't what one would call comfortable.
