As weird as it may sound, the AX is one of my all-time favorite cars. A good part of that has to do with the fact that early base versions weighed 640 Kg, or 1411 lbs, which I'm sure must be a record or something. The 4x4 model was comparably much heavier, about 460 pounds more.

Not a 126, but I feel obligated to say this. My dad had a 127 as his first car in '92, and another one as his third car (that one went away in 2004). 25.5k is a super bargain for a 997, but it's the undesirable non-S Carrera (still a bargain tho). I'd rather spend the usual 35-40k for an 05-06 S with reasonable mileage. Maybe I'm weird.
