Ding! Ding! Ding!

It isn't currently a reason to search your car. The issue that pops up is the officer pulls over a cell phone using asshole (sorry, as a motorcyclist that deals with idiots texting on my commute everyday I get a little angry), and while talking to them, they see something interesting in the car that they think might

I didn't think it was possible, but I now have a Gizmodo "writer" that drives me more insane than Sam and Jesus combined.

THis seems like it could have been avoided entirely if Schill had someone that he's played with that would be willing to give him some financial advice. There's gotta be someone.

Exactly. I suppose the idea of "Um, just don't do drugs" is a completely crazy concept for some folks.

I've been riding for a long time, usually have a couple bikes in the stable. Currently I decided to try out a 2009 yammie roadliner 1900, and I like it, but it's not me. I'm thinking very hard about swapping it for an SV1000 (it would be my third big nekkid) because I like the ability to do everything from commuting

Nope, I'm not buying it. if you "know mounds" about politics, and have never heard of someone who's a household name in political commentary I would be shocked.

I'd love for the big G to turn around and say something along the lines of "Okay...we're going to take this to the Old west, anything goes. People are going to search, and we're not doing a fucking thing about the results. RIAA, MPAA, feel free to go ahead and figure out a way to stop this without the considerable

You've used twitter, before...right?

I give you exhibit A...the WNBA.

Furthermore, the report indicated that both front air bags deployed upon impact and that Jones displayed "slurred speech and glassy bloodshot eyes" while "politely" refusing to agree to a field sobriety test.

Well written piece. It amazes me that the Spurs don't get any run, at all, until the "big media" is forced to come to grips with the fact that they're really, really freakin good.

Finally...vindication. Now can we all get of Barry Bond's jock about the whole thing?

My favorite parking sign is at a local grocery store, and its waaaaaaaaaaay down the row away from the store. It says "This sign reserved for people who realize a walk now and then is healthy".

If you're dumb enough to park in one of those spots, your ride is open to all sorts of fuckery. I agree, you don't mess with a guy's ride, but given proper warning, that rule gets waived.

Clawesome!

How is this not a massive breach of the Ebay TOS, and illegal as heck? This guy needs to shut his mouth and stop talking about selling stolen property. Sometimes "no comment" is a much better answer. If Apple does decide to throw a fit, it just got a lot easier to do so.

I don't think its the RHD drive that's necessarily an issue, its that the vehicle hasn't been tested to meet USDOT standards for crash/etc, so they don't want it on the roads.

I think the issue at hand is that the frame HAD a vin, but it was removed. I think there's a law someplace that has issue with removing a vin, whether its domestic or international. (It would allow chop shops to simply remove the vins from stolen cars and then apply for a new one, in theory)

I thought it was well written, and laughed, which I hope was the intention.
