If they prove he was drunk or on uppers, there is (maybe) reasonable doubt and the cops are off the hook.

On the video in the hospital there sure are a lot of “good” cops standing around and letting this guy shit all over the Constitution and harass one of the citizens he’s supposed to be protecting.
