Cupholders
Thank Evan! Looks GREAT! Really like the first one that retains the bumper structure! Fantastic work!
I’ve looked into what it would take to import one. Basically I think I’d have to have my own army first.
Makers use concepts like this to shop around new ideas to help make decisions. The fact that this is so “production” and not heavily modified is an indicator they are mulling it over. Question is, can they produce this variant cheaply enough for the demand?
It would still need to tow over 5,000lbs
A 2-door Colorado “WT”…
I drive an F-450 regular cab for work and I hate it. There’s no where to put anything to keep it out of the elements. I have a full set of “sealed” bins but they’re not climate controlled as a cab is. You constantly feel cramped in the darn thing.
Agreed. I would never buy either of them, but given the choice I’d rather see more of these than the other.
You’ve just described my ideal project truck
I’m alone in my car 91% of the time. 3% of the time, it’s me and my girlfriend. 3% of the time, it’s me and my dog. 2% of the time it’s me, my girlfriend and my dog. 1% of the time it’s something else.
It’s got a bed, keep the extra people in there.
“And mount it in a way that makes the bed almost unusable while still ruining all rear visibility!”
No offense, but every Wrangler can be categorized as a “toy” vehicle, except of the 0.01% that really “need” it.
Jeep has a long history of teasing stuff that they have absolutely no intention of ever producing.
Seconded. Love that the Gladiator exists on premise alone, but the proportions have felt wonky since the beginning.
Eh, it’s a concept...the tooling to do that would probably be crazy-expensive.
They make kits for them...actually don’t look too shabby:
Those proportions are much more attractive.
Those jerricans in the back:
M-715 + ISB Cummins + mild lift + O.D. Green would have been perfect. This is just way to overdone. It is, however, very well done.
This looks a lot more proportional than the Gladiator. It looks proper. I dig it.
i know I’m supposed to like it, but to me is just an ultra vulgar waste of an M-715. it’s taking actual heritage and turning into some kind of video game reimagined fantasy heritage. tons of hard work and beautiful craftsmanship for certain but the end result is not for me at all.
