He was a good boy. Dindu Nuffins. Just a 13 year old running around with a gun at 3am in the morning on a school night. Once probable cause for detainment has been establish, you no legal right to run. If you do, any and all means are available to apprehend you, no matter the initial infraction. Cops do not let you

As someone who lives in Chicago and bikes these streets at night, I don’t want people shooting up streets and shooting at cars without any concern for life.

I would say the Walking Deads pilot was pretty damn good.

I understand why he would feel that way and part of me finds it commendable, but the other part of me thinks he shouldn’t have to apologize for other people’s racism. Because let’s be real, those people are gonna be racist regardless. They’ll find something else to use. Hell, I’ve seen idiots use phrases from Blazing

This is probably going to end up being an unpopular opinion but...

Where do we draw the line at personal responsibility? Why should the gov’t be tasked with teaching people this...our tax dollars are wasted enough. Where are the parents, family, friends, personal research?

Parallel to what? The average price of a car is driving up due to people buying more and more expensive cars, but if you compare a base camry today to one with similar equipment from 15 years ago, they are within 10%.

Only if you let them. And I say that as someone who is NOT white.

I’m not sure how this is even morally questionable. It’s business. Longer term = more profit = reason to incentivize a sales person to push the longer term. Nobody is holding a gun to the customer’s head to take it. If you walk into a dealership without already having pre-arranged financing and knowing where you stand

Not that banks and CUs don’t discriminate, but if these better qualified candidates are getting shitty terms from the dealer, why wouldn’t they go to a CU or bank instead? Presumably, someone who has better qualifications has some sense of financial awareness. Or is it just “better qualified” as in 400 vs 300 credit

Were any of the writers of this show alive and able to converse in the 70's/80's?  No one used the term “side hustle” then.  Side job, yes.

Wow, so original *eyeroll*

How would you know that if you didn’t even know it was still on? You could maybe just be talking out of your ass?

This is a shame. The show was hit or miss in its first season but I think its really hit its stride in the 2nd season. Every episode has been genuinely enjoyable. But I could see the writing on the wall. Fox’s animation block is already overstuffed and since they’re never gonna cancel The Simpsons or Family Guy

This news is worse than that time I was a funny occupation for a person who was famous in the 80s.

The Hateful 8 was just too much of a slog to me. There was no bright spot. It was just all nasty and, well, hateful. I guess he warned us. It was a huge low point in Tarantino’s career imo.

Every clip of this show, from the stupid concept and d-list celebrities screaming in faux excitement, to the use of Who Are You? and the incessant chanting of the crowd to “take it off”, to the ridiculous and slightly monstrous costumes to the nobodies inside, I get chills of “dark oppressive future with a thin happy

I have never watched The Masked Singer and never had an intention of doing so. I was content to merely ignore it. However, I now actively hate the show.

Tesla liberal, surely!

Blerg. Someone beat to it... so here’s another one:
