Foxes Mustang do the same.

If you ever flood it while working on it, just hold the go pedal to the carpet while starting it and it will cut the fuel injection.

It’s helpful to have a buddy who’s dad ia Chief Mechanic at a large Ford Dealership from the 70s to now.

And it is well known in the fox body world as a oil heater.

I think the 93 Cobra (or Cobra R) used the same piece.

Mopar sell 426 crate engine. It’s probably one of those.

Actually the Cobra Jet was introduced in 2008, with the old body style.

They are an acquired taste. But I like them. As cheap as their interior is, as a kid I always thought the dual cockpit design was extremely cool.

When Ford killed the Crown Victoria, the RCMP jumped the gun and bought Charger for maybe 6 months.

They quickly stopped ordering them and now they buy Taurus. The Charger had a lot of transmission issues, especially in the winter. There was also an issue with alternator dying randomly due to a weak electrical system.

This.

Where’s the 4th Gen F-body?

Sure, it was faster than the Mustang with the LS1. But a nicely equiped one was edging on the price of a Corvette.

It should have come with the 4V 4.6L in base trim, and a SVT model with the Terminator engine.

But it was too wide to fit through the hood, they had to get it from the underside which wasn’t practical with the production line they had at the time.

Probably one of the most iconic late model Mustang ever, right after the Foxbody.
