Yeah I'm talking about the London guy, I have friends who work in IB and 14 hour days are a minimum. That is a ridiculous workload, and yes the industry is guilty of 'working them to death'.

Sorry but this is bullshit. The kid had epilepsy and at IB they expect you to do ‘the magic roundabout’ where you work until 3 AM and then get a taxi home, pay them to keep the engine running whilst you shower and come into work. The kid did 3 of them in a row then died in his shower. That is an unbelievably callous…
Her lawyer tipped them off, perhaps they found something but also given it is only a travel visa it kind of seems like the thing they’d ban first and ask questions later. Its not like they deported him.
Well the judges obviously see it differently, and given they have a lot more evidence than either of us it seems difficult to guess.
You genuinely have no clue what you are talking about, the comment below lets you know where you’ve been misspeaking.
Again, you clearly don’t have a clue about what your talking. He has been barred from coming to the US because his visa has been rejected.
‘Obviously abused' how so?
Exactly that.
Yeah that ruling also interestingly mentions her lawyer tipping the state department as well!
The judge in the 2013 ruling does state her lawyer tipped the State department, so it isn't a rumour just whether it was bogus or not.
Yeah it is thin evidence, State Department really should say to be honest.
Well his visa has been revoked, so no I think you are. He can't travel to the US.
But didn’t the court find she had lied about her work schedule and the threat of him kidnapping them (which is hugely ironic given she has basically kidnapped them now). So not really to be honest.
German’s can come to the US without a visa?
Did you miss the part where his visa was revoked so he can't come to the US?
Isn’t it because whilst she can go and see her kids in Monaco (which he pays for I think) he can't do the same in the US? So it is kind of logical.
She thought US courts would grant her full custody and he'd be able to do nothing, she overreached and now is paying the price.
You’ve commented on a lot of her stories before haven’t you ferociously defending her? That is odd.
Yeah, the State Department doesn’t generally do anything to harm rich people unless they get a tip though. It seems to me that she doesn’t want him to have any contact, and assumed getting him out of country would do that. Also some of her comments have been pretty xenophobic throughout this.
If the rumours of her lying about him to the state department so he had his visa revoked I have no sympathy for her to be honest.
