Lots of suggestions about “entry level” luxury cars here. The problem with that is that the clients he has will know exactly what those cars are, and know that they are just entry level, lower tier models. They’ll just see him as someone trying to look like something they aren’t.
I hope most people can support their cause, but I don’t have a hard time understanding why MLS doesn’t want a significant paramilitary contingent at their games. Regardless of what they profess, a bunch of people calling themselves the Iron Front, wearing masks and waving flags can be off-putting to many people who…
I know where he is coming from, I got a charlie horse the other day, and despite the pain and my body screaming at me to stop, I kept at it and finished that bucket of chicken.
Yep, the Rockies are now 5th in attendance this year despite one of the worst seasons in years. Why? Because you can still get cheap seats, and it’s a beautiful stadium and fun experience. People don’t go when you charge them $30+ apiece to sit in the upper deck for a meaningless game.
“a concept that has previously been floated by multiple administrations without all the cat-calls.”
And with climate change, Iceland is only a few years away from having palm trees like Southwest England!
Mr. Blutarsky, has no grade point average .......
That thing probably cost way more than $30k when new! Those monstrosities were selling for like $100k during the peak
I love that the “chopper” bikes from the early 00s have fallen flat on their face. If you were to sell that chopper in 2005, you would probably fetch around $30k for it. Now its tax return money.
So no one has had full hands before and had to fumble around with keys & other crap while trying to unlock the door? I think we all have.
You want car companies having that info? Yay big brother.
Is this a joke that I don’t get or have you completely lost it?
True, but in a recession they have a commodity more precious than money, and that is time. Why buy high now, when they can probably pick up the same car in a year or two for a significant discount when the new money has to sell?
If you watch the video, you can hear the auctioneer start at 30 (or 13). He then asks for “30 million 500 thousand” and gets a bid for “40 million”. Each time, he moves up by 500,000 but the next bid comes in to 10 million increments, going 40-50-60-70. It’s at this point that the auctioneer corrects the number…
Yeah. it sucks when people die but if you die designing and testing a super weapon and your death delays the development of the weapon...I won’t shed any tears.
Uber is the literal worst, but it’s baffling to me that actual cab companies have found it so hard to compete. All it takes is an app, guys. A decent app.
I can assure you if you walk up Larimer past Broadway these days you’ll barely be able to move from the constant flocks of tourists. “Guided street art tours” (ie, paying $20 so you can move down alleys in a group and have a guide explain to you the murals are actual art and not gang signs) are a booming industry now…
