It looks tagged and road legal. Man, I would love to do my morning commute in something like that just once.
That was so much better than the F1 qualifying has been so far this season.
Man, I miss my old Cherokee. A 1985 base 4 door, 4 cylinder, manual tranny with steel wheels....I drove it until the carbs fell off (literally, the carbs fell of the top of the engine.)
I’m inclined to agree. I like lanesplitter and Jalopnik, but but I don’t read them with my kid in the room, and I could do without the Neanderthal grade language.
Crazy how much racing has changed. Here’s a shot from the starting grid moments before the 1983 Australian GP. Who ever decided to replace the guy cut-off shorts and sandals with an umbrella girl was brilliant.
I’ll be pulling for Dovizioso, and I think he has a chance, but as you probably surmised by my username, I’m a little biased. All the Duc’s are looking stronger this year. That audi r&d is finally kicking in.
the front of the car kinda reminds me of this
It isn’t really the driving part, its the long walk home that is really tiresome.
yes, 50 years old and rusty. It is certainly not an everyday commuter, but you can probably sell it on for a strong profit in 10 years. I bet this will go up faster than the market.
This thing should have some awesome downforce.
That is pretty good looking. I would have a hard time choosing between this and a LR for my time spent waiting for a tow on the side of the road.
my want of this is strong..would look great next to the JKU
64 ferrari 250 LM....may as well dream big.
For a year, every day during my morning commute I would wait patiently in the left lane to enter the freeway onramp. Every morning the line would be backed up about 3 traffic lights. Every morning the same black Z4 would skirt the entire line in the left lane and bully his way into line right at the ramp. EVERY…
this is gonna sound nuts, but make sure your belts are installed to spin in the right direction. I had a LR Disco for 2 years (traded it in the first day it was running once out of warranty). I had the belts changed and the shop didn’t realize they were directional. The belt that turns the alternator was put on…
ahhh, the Cherokee, I had that problem. The carb on that jeep had screws that backed out over time, so the carb was held on only by the air cleaner. Turn too hard and it would tilt off the engine for a bit, then fall back in place and sometimes still work. I drove my jeep like that for years
Audi is silver cause it is German. Ducati, red cause it is Italian. Jeep with with kayaks.....red, white and blue cause A-MERICA, damn it.
