As a kid, we often had peanut banana and miracle whip sandwiches. This also makes a pretty good salad. Put a lettuce leaf on a plate. Slice a banana long way, and place flat side down on lettuce. Spread PB on the banana, then some mayo or miracle whip.

Doing an egg this way in the microwave, I would advise that you poke the yoke a time or two before cooking. They can explode.
