Unless you have a garden, or get them at a farmers market, you are better off buying frozen veggies. As they are frozen very shortly after picking, they will have better nutritional value than fresh veggies that have been in shipping & storage for weeks before you buy them.

Dr. Edell had it right 20 years ago.

One thing about parchment paper. Can’t be used in a really hot oven. Can’t use it for baking biscuits. For that, I use aluminum foil to line the cookie sheet.

Never been a problem here. Always comes out fine.

There are some that do. Here is a list of 17.

What the hay? TP rolls with no tube? What will people make der-ders out of? Or is that too old school now-days?

Not all that new. We got 2.9% last Nov. on a 2012 Ford Fusion from our bank (BoA). Much better than what the dealer was offering.

Here is another idea. Skip the slice of American cheese. Take a big fat slice of a hard cheese (We like Gouda), cut it into very small cubes (1/8 to 1/4"), and mix it into the raw meat. Ah, just give it a break, and go ghoti-ing.

Breaking the undergrowth off the edge of a 200 foot bluff, to get a better view of the Hemmed in Hollow waterfall.

Any good digital is better than what us old farts grew up with. I was amazed the first time I shot a roll of Tech Pan film. No grain at all. But now,...used to be a 20x24 print was pushing the limits. Now a digital 30x40 is no problem at all.

A squirt gun, or spray bottle works pretty good. We have a screen door on our bedroom, to keep the cats away from the bird, and also, it is the hottest room in the house. So the door needs to stay open.
