It’s likely already been stated but the wet floors could be sunroof drains. There are tubes that run from the sunroof rails down the ceiling pillar and out the front and rear wheel wells. The nipple thing at the wheel wells gets crudded up and clogged then the water backs up in the rails. just pull the fender liners…
