I didn’t read the article, but am commenting because I suspect that its because nobody cares. I care so little I chose not to read the article. Maybe its because the Venn diagram of people who want to purchase a RR and people who care to solve riddles and ciphers not only doesn’t overlap, but are located on different

They sell in-game currency for knick knacks, and they sell access to expansions and “Seasons”.

Well, yes and no. The point of government testing and regulations is to remove some of the burden of researching safety from the parents. I shouldn’t have to be an engineer to know for certain which seat is safest for my kids.

Right?! I mean data is great to have, but “under 15" is a HUGE RANGE! My 5 year old has outgrown 2 different car seats, and thats through 1/3rd of the range of this. The stats need to encopass just kids in the car-seat range to be useful.

All excellent questions. And as a parent with a 5 1/2 year old in a Britax Frontier/Grow-with-you Clicktight convertible booster thing I’m curious how these seats perform compared to alternatives. I didn’t buy mine based on marketing nonsense on the box (though I admit I was considering the more expensive model with

Phew!

Sarcasm tags missing....I hope...

Lit and Philosophy!? I bet you were insufferable in school!

I was a Political Science undergrad, and since I had no interest in Law (or at least recognized I would be terrible as a lawyer) or finance, I went BACK to school to get an associates in graphic design (art, the big moneymaker, lol).

Crack pipe!

My god, this. Have a little fun before you start planning for your retirement, my god.

In California, a gallon of gas is like $4 though. Same up in the PNW.

Right? Sounds like he gives a damn if OTHER PEOPLE think he gives a damn about the environment. He doesn’t ACTUALLY give a damn about the environment. Its just the perception.

It’s likely already been stated but the wet floors could be sunroof drains. There are tubes that run from the sunroof rails down the ceiling pillar and out the front and rear wheel wells. The nipple thing at the wheel wells gets crudded up and clogged then the water backs up in the rails. just pull the fender liners

Amusingly (or not, really...) the same people who tend to accept a certain fantastical book literally and as some unassalable truth/gospel (when it suits them) ALSO tend accept (parts of) the constitution the same way.

I hate that every point you make is correct. Makes me sad, tbh, but market forces are what they are. I’m fairly resigned to driving my 2008 A4 6MT Avant for a long LONG time, since I know the likelihood of something new coming out with even a manual option is so slim, most likely manual wagons are extinct...

That ask is about 2x too high for a 4.2 S4 without functioning AC. I want to like this but $15k is absurd, doesn’t matter how clean it is...

So you’re saying people who DON’T want Crossovers should just shut up and deal with it because reasons?

Having driven a rental Tiguan in Mexico with the 1.5/DSG combo, I can wholeheartedly say, this combo is godawful. Good luck selling this VW unless you calibration guys were just on their day off when the calibration request for the Tiguan I drove hit their email inbox. I mean the rest of the car was fine, but trying

You’re not wrong. Given it was EA, I wanted to “wait and see” but given all evidence pointing to “I’ll love it” I’ll probably pull the trigger despite my distaste for EA as a whole. Because, as you said, support them doing the right thing.
