I wont argue that. Its not a BAD car, but compared to “a quality European car” as the comment I replied to said, its not very close. I actually like how they look, but the low greehouse/tall-shoulder lokok has a very negative effect on sightlines. It was insanely hard to see out of despite being relatively small.

False?

Want all of it maybe. I truly only NEED the 200hp in my A4 but I absolutely WANT more.

What does regulation have to do with how much horsepower manufacturers choose to produce with their engines?

Jesus christ learning about portion size is considered a valuable skill by this guy?

Audis and VWs (at least since the B6 generation, so early 2000s) have switches where you turn the lights fully on, pull out one detent for front fogs, then a second detent for front and rear fogs. Its not possible for rear fogs and no front fogs (unless your bulbs are out).

Nice! Heres my “last of the Audi 6MT Wagons”. Owned it since 2012 and put about 53k miles on it. I also plan on being buried in it, though currently its plagued by bulb out errors (janky wiring on the rear lights, partly my fault) and some special 2.0t problems (oil consumption) but otherwise I absolutely love it.

BMW hasn’t offered a single manual on a wagon in ages, despite offering them on the sedan equivalents.

Yea the outbacks are way too tall to be wagons. They used to be, but they’re solidly in the crossover SUV territory now. They’re about the same size as my Q7 for christsake.

Well.....did he know how to shift?

I mean, at this point, BOTH are hard if not impossible to find with manuals. At least in the US. Sad times...

Well they’re both just branding, but what the OP means is Quattro generally refers to the fully mechanical AWD in Audi’s longitudinal setups. Haldex is electronically controlled through clutchpacks and is often very FWD biased. In the VW R models and the S3 its likely recalibrated to be more rear biased though.

I’d posit that the ONLY good mk4 across the entire lineup was the R32. Its a perfect blend of mundane but wild. Everything else is so damn chunky/bland.

I’d argue that while the mk4 Jetta wagon design was, i guess, seamless from the Sedan, its also blocky and ugly. The Passat is a much better example of sedan-wagon harmony.

Legality aside, I’d say how dare they infringe on your right to express yourself by flinging turds. So yea, have at it.

Your take is bad. Please revise and resubmit.

Shut the fuck up.

This is a toasty, and terrible, take.

Its almost like you didn’t read the rest of my (lengthly) comment.

Ok.
