They’re not the articles we need, they’re the articles we deserve.

I run Rotella T6 in my Audi A4 2.0t and change it once a year or around 8k miles. Plenty of Audi people run the same oil for that interval or longer and its been proven with Blackstone analyses that its not detrimental to engine life at that OCI. And T6 is ~$20/Gal at stores and on Amazon. So its both cheap and holds

This being the first winter I’ve ever driven with winter tires, and Seattle just got a highly unusual +12" dumping of snow, I’ve been totally blown away by the Hakkapeliitta’s I put on. I’ve had DWS in the past and felt they were adequate, but these are a whole nother level.

Well yea, sorta. But more expensive Full synthetic oil can go FAR FAR longer than 3,000 miles before beginning to break down, so you can use cheap oil and change it every 3k or buy slightly more expensive Synthetic and change it every 8-10k and your engine will likely be 100% the same with either method. The

Right? How is that something to be proud of enough so that you drop it like some humblebrag? Jesus christ, and we wonder why there is a mental health epidemic in this country...

Please. Gold is far too plebeian for Fancy Kristin.

Uhh, theres no conspiracy here. Take off you tinfoil hat. The article is simply stating that in the winter, driving range is significantly affected by using the onboard heaters. If that bothers you you can drive your EV with heavy jackets on and not run the heaters, or maybe not. But its simply a scientific fact that

Well, yea, it was a rental spec, stripper model. Of course it wasn’t nice.

That grille looks horrible. I’d have to agree. The rest of the car seems very Japanese/Korean/Generic. Which, I guess, is sort of the point, sadly...

Having driven my dad’s 2016 CVT Outback and then my wife’s 2012 Q5 (with the lovely ZF8), you truly don’t know what you’re talking about.

I don’t know if audi publishes those for the A4. At least not in the US. Maybe it is written in the manual somewhere, but, pshh, reading manuals is for chumps.

Its not much better on the longitudinal BPG 2.0t....but yea that looks pretty stupid.

Hate to break it to you, but many excruciatingly pedestrian cars can easily hit 153mph these days. I bet my stock 200hp Wagon could get close. Throw a tune on it and I bet it would get there. A stock WRX can probably hit 155 and those seem to be the car-du-jour of students at the local community college and many

So so...SO sorry.

Audi says I should only replace my air filter every 55k miles. I’ve never really thought critically about that interval other than “That seems long, but they must know what they’re doing”.

No, Torch’s job is to review quirky deathtraps, not appalling shitboxes.

Oh god, this idea needs to happen!

IE’s RS3 drag times on stock motors are nothing to sneeze at too. Same drivetrain as the TTRS. I believe IE and Iroz have been trading punches in this front for a little while now.

See, but most people looking at this aren’t going to be local buyers, I bet so any negotiation will be over the phone anyway.
