Lol. I mean, I could think of millions of things I’d rather spend nearly a million dollars on like maybe my mortgage, and a few “toys” but a tarted up GT-R is not one of them. I suppose there are 50 suckers out there int he world who just have to have this though.

900k worth of exclusivity.

I don’t know, man. I think they’re pretty hideous.

Except European cars have US DOT certified lights which are different than European lights. DOT targets different criteria than European standards. The aiming of the headlights isn’t necessarily different at all. Anyway thats something you can always adjust manually by, you know, aiming your headlights.

Thats actually not true either, but okay.

I don’t know. My dads F250 Diesel is definitely less awesome to drive long distances than my wife’s Q5. The Q5 eats up miles, is quick (well quick enough for a 2.0t), cruises effortlessly at 85mph, and has a decent amount of space for a family of 3 + 2 dogs (usually needs a roof box with the dogs, but not for shorter

Locking up the wheels doesn’t make you stop faster though. In any condition.

I don’t think people who aren’t from around here realize how steep the hills are in the city (Seattle) and how long/steep the passes are either.

I was implying it looked as poorly executed as most bolt-on fender widebodies. Didn’t imply it was actually a bolt-on widebody fender kit.

Even with the caveat of “on sale” currently, it’s not that attractive a car. Also given the competition, thats hardly high praise anyway.

This site tends to be about hot takes on Beckies and similar shit like that.

Not going to argue that.

This just in! Regenerative braking can be used to convert kinetic energy to potential energy: Report.

That V12 Vantage gives me the fizz.

But but but...CLEAN COAL!

So....do you think its the kids? or the educational system?

How is Chicago in the top 15 and Seattle is in the bottom? That makes zero sense...

I totally agree. And while I feel the PO should have done something like this because it makes sense and here in Seattle right about this time of year until late Spring, its dark when you leave for work and dark when you get home so driving in the dark is unavoidable. However I just don’t think its fair to chastize

I can’t argue that I suppose. I really don’t like the rubber band effect you get with CVTs but maybe you get used to it?

While I sorta think this griping about inconvenienced drivers is a bit much, I do agree that having proper headlights do their jobs is the correct solution.
