Came here to say that. When I first moved to Knoxville my neighbor told me I had to try the pizza place in the strip mall across the road.

Believe it or not, Dragon’s Lair was released in 1983. I know it sounds crazy nowadays, but it actually ran on an internal LaserDisc system, which is why the “graphics” looked so advanced. You were basically just watching a LaserDisc movie.

When I was a kid, people in my parent’s generation were immediately suspicious of anything that came from the internet. “Don’t meet anyone from the internet in real life!” “You can’t believe that, it’s just on the internet!”

I don’t want to make a big declaration or anything, and I’ll certainly keep an eye on GAF for reporting purposes, but I can’t imagine posting there anymore. I’m seeing lots of familiar names and lively discussion on ResetEra already, so maybe I’ll pop up in threads on there once in a while.
