I think the main point isn't the specific percentages, but if you think something is "amazing", just say it's "great". Don't make it sound life-altering just because it currently seems that way to you. You may not feel the same in a week, and it may not have the same effect on your friend.

I don't really sweat it. I get compensated fairly for the occasional hour of overtime. I am never forced to stay over, and only do so if I feel inclined to. If I were to take calls after hours, I would be paid for that.
