Doesn't look like a Nintendo device at all.

Steambox = PC. Same thing. It all depends on whether you hook it up to your TV or not.

This works. I can see how this can be used for a larger variety of games. That big open area in the middle is begging for a start and select button though.

I would imagine, like most Nerf guns, they actually have a mechanism in there to keep the air pressure in check, so you don't have Nerf darts putting eyes out or breaking the TV. Unfortunately, that same limiter mechanism makes it so that most darts barely make it across the living room.

I liked that you could continue to chop your enemies into smaller and smaller pieces, long after they were dead.

So I have this binder filled with PC game discs that I had been collecting since about 1995 or so. This binder has not been opened since about 2004, when all my PC game purchases started going directly to Steam.

Nah, he still likes to program. He just doesn't really like to keep on working on the same project for an extended period of time. The dude love game jams, because it's just one weekend, then he's done.

He doesn't port anything. He pays others to do the porting for him.

Well there was the ADVENTURE UPDATE, which added a few interesting mechanics in an effort to make the game a bit more adventurey, but yeah, the Halloween update was pretty significant.

Probably very true. We shouldn't punish Mojang for their openness, as they might stop doing it.

One thing that can be done to protect your digital investments from the Steampocalypse is to back up your games, then copy the files to some kind of external media. This way, you aren't actually relying on Steam's servers. When the Cyber-Things destroy the Internet and Steam is shut down, all you'll need to do is

Chain Armor:

As someone who followed Minecraft since early alpha, I have to concur. What was planned for Minecraft never really panned out. I think this is a result of the original creator having a bit of a case of ADD. He tends to get bored with his creations after a while, and he get's that itch to move onto something new and

Anyone else feel the need to play some NOLF when they see that logo?

Sounds like a life-threatening intestinal blockage waiting to happen.

Arena:

While this is at least somewhat true, I think Nintendo over estimates the degree to which we struggle with puritanism. They're not sure what's going to set off an angry mob of parents, so they play it safe and just censor everything.

Aww man. That is fantastic. I just wish I had the space for such a thing.

Neat program, and I would probably buy it and put the icon right next to my copy of Colors!3d, but this year I plan to buy a 10" Windows 8 tablet/laptop thingy with an active Wacom digitizer built right in. It'll be like a fully portable, self contained Cintiq.
