QUOTE | “Console and PC guys should learn [about] variable pricing ... $60 is a giant FU to a very large number of people.”—Former EA CEO John Riccitiello, on what traditional game devs can learn from mobile and vice-versa.

I wasn't referring to the difference in cost between the two systems. I was referring to the difference in cost between buying one system, and buying BOTH systems.

I would hope a lot less glitter. And everyone is wearing shirts.

Not actually a terrible commercial. However, it did nothing to sway me from Team Sony. (Whatever that is. I just made it up.)

I've been enjoying the PCified console games, but I still feel burnt by my purchase of Spiderman 2 for PC.

Ever played with Colors!3d? It'll be like that. You can draw on different layers, which appear at different depths when the 3d is turned on.

Well, no. But they could have been. Easily even. It just reminded me that Flipnote Studio 3d is a thing that I still don't get to play with.

This reminds me. Where the hell is Flipnote Studio 3d?! It was supposed to be in the spring. Then it was delayed to "Summer 2013." It's now late October, and a quick check on their website shows the release date at "TBD".

Wait, how can I see what 4k looks like through those videos if my monitor is only 1080p? Those those trailers were dead sexy, and appeared to be at a higher frame rate than the typical 24fps that movies usually run at.

Foreshortening.

So a tiny six tatami room would require $12,000 worth of flooring! Yeah, I don't think so.

I'm sure they wouldn't tell us everything.

While I feel the Dual Shock 3 is a fine and perfectly serviceable controller, I had a few minor gripes about it. Namely:

I got a chuckle out of this one. Look at his face. "What have I done?" Look at her's. That's the face of victory right there.

Imagine a future where the government is broken. It's people have grown backbones and are rising up against it. The soldiers of this government's military refuses to fire upon their own citizens.

Nintendo doesn't market to children alone. They market to everyone, regardless of age. My five year old has one. I have one. (I'm 29.) My wife has one. (28.) My grandma has one (71.)

I actually had my money on HD-DVD back when Microsoft released their ill-fated drive. I was assuming that most laymen wouldn't have any clue what a "Blu-Ray" is, but they knew DVDs, and they knew what an HDTV is, so an HD-DVD was a natural progression.

Crab mango sushi actually sounds pretty freaking tasty! Looks like they've got some avocado in there too.
