Confirmed, an historic collaboration between Nintendo and Bethesda Game Studios:

With Steam, I think we'll be okay.

"Personally I've never had to lug around my console, my family were pretty sure they didn't want me in the lounge."

Back in my day, I wasn't allowed to hook the SNES to the big TV in the livingroom because my parents somehow though them vidya games, what with their bleeps and bloops, would somehow break the TV.

Doesn't show dust and fingerprints quite as readily though.

Because it's shiny?

Because you can't use it to play Vita games while sitting on the can. Unless of course you install a TV in front of it.

PC, Mac, Linux.

Still have a hard time with The Dark Descent, so I have one thing to say about this game:

I didn't deny that DRM is basically useless. Even the stoutest of DRM solutions have been cracked, usually within hours of it's release.

Same fucking mind.

I need system... tonight tonight.

The multitasking reminds me of the first time I fired up Windows 3.1. I was impressed when I played an .AVI file. (I think it was a trailer for Kings Quest VI, which I found on a CD for some other game.) Upon minimizing the video while it was playing, it continued to play, only as an icon sitting on the desktop.

"Thank you, monotone narrator. Thanks for that namecheck of Bing. Way to sell this thing as not an authorized leak for Microsoft."

According to Gamasutra, the average video game programmer made $84,337 annually in 2012.

I would consider myself a proponent of DRM, but only when it works to the benefit of the consumer.

Cargo pants.

I'm still playing Grand Theft Auto 4 today. Speak for yourself.

I would probably do the same, but I have a wife and a five year old boy. They wouldn't appreciate my departure to fantastic universes for extended periods of time. I tried to remedy this by trying to get my wife into a game so we could play together. Sadly, they're just not her cup of tea. She's more of a Mario on

Wait... Is this the fabled Project Four that Carpe Fulgur has been forbidden to speak of forever now, or is this something else?
