Begs the question whether freedom of speech is helpful or harmful in the modern era. Most would say the latter.

Nobody should be subject to that sort of harshness. It is unforgivable that European leagues allow this type of behavior. Any “fan” conducting themselves in such a manor should be fined, banned for life, and publicly shamed.

Mr. Little was mentally impaired and could not control himself. That was the job of the police, and they failed.

Samuel Little lacked self-control. The institutions whose job it is to save him from himself failed all of us. Little’s victims are also victims of the police.
