I did not know Smog was not required in all counties!

Nice looking car, comic looking license plate. Guess the Lambo is not new enough to get the retro plates.

Why the Shelby CSX of course.

Oh, another good point.

Now that I did not think of.

I would have probably not moved that dog with my bare hands for just that very reason.

I do wonder why states like GA and FL stopped doing inspections and why states like LA and MS still do. Just random thoughts of mine.

You know I just remembered something I saw occasionally while in GA. An older vehicle with a weathered inspection sticker on its windshield.

I heard the EPA sniffers were too close to Miami's Airport and once that was found out the testing went away.

Well there is bound to be a state noise limit and then there are federal laws you have to follow like having a Catcon, but you have a point.

I just remembered we have been doing the top off method for years and never had a problem with drips on the driveway or brake failure. Not sure what is up.

Ohh I see. Well not really sure how the brake system on a 95 Voyager works let me look that up in the factory service manual.

You got a point there.

Well D.C did not see the point in them and did not feel like getting rid of the corruption so they ended them. NJ did not see the need for them so they also got rid of them and I think it saved the state some money I assume.

1995 Plymouth Voyager 3 Litre V6 (Mitsubishi 6G72) with a 3 on the Tree Slushbox. Not really a 3 on the Tree since it is a Slushbox, but whatever the name sounds cool.

Well I am going back to Kentucky within the week so I will get to see these hoopties for myself. Indiana also had some beaters.

Yup, and that is why I am not crying for safety inspections just tickets and/or warning for vehicles lacking working lights. By the way, if the vehicle is old enough you do not need airbags even if it has them.

What really pisses me off about Florida is the fact that a bunch of the vehicles do not have all of their lights working including brake lights so it is hard to figure out what people are doing and the fact that Florida is apparently a no fault state. I doubt Florida will ever have safety inspections, but what they

Correct me if I am wrong, but I assume that about 1/2 the vehicles on U.S roads do not have to pass a yearly safety inspection.

I mean I nearly have hit a few dogs by mistake in New York City and pushed a few out of the way with my bumper, but never had one be so lazy. There are a bunch of woods here in Upstate New York so I guess the stay dogs go into the woods and/or get eaten by critters because I almost never see a stray dog.
