Hello, Toyota?
e) are a CEO of a transport centric business and want to reduce the cost of labor (ah...there is it)
I get it, it’s fun to piss on GM, but an Electric Silverado or whatever Lordstown ends up making is way better looking that the CYBRTRUCK.
Maybe nobody actually wants a driverless car?
Man, somebody at Toyota is gonna be really pissed when they find out they got duped into spending $400M on an Adobe Illustrator file.
Keep in mind the prevalence of cameras, and that with Super Cruise these drivers are going to have a free hand to film your stupidity. Swerving at another car on purpose is going to get you arrested.
10 Escalades in 11 years? And you’re sure they’re not leasing? They actually buying these? Do they just like the feeling of depreciation on a new car? Is this their way of contributing to the “trickle down” of Escalades?
I mean you can already do this with any car with adaptive cruise. Most cars have a maximum acceleration rate on ACC so that the car doesn’t just floor it to get back to 80mph. Idk if I’ve ever been in one that lurches ahead.
So, you intentionally spend time out on our public roads trying to make things more dangerous for everybody else?
Local dealer is doing 25% off Rams. If they're all as great as the commercials day they were they could sell without rebates.
Why would you want to do this? Why does it please you to make someone else’s day more difficult?
I say hold out for more off if you’re interested in the Escalade. Let GM eat the costs. They need to learn how to properly transition old to new product.
This is what irks me... even mainstream-badged SUVs and pickups easily crest into the $50-70k+ pricerange these days. That kind of “every day” purchase price for a “family” vehicle is completely unsustainable, economically.
Wait until you see how much Tahoes cost....
That’s an entire Sentra
And it still looks overpriced. And ugly.
