I’ve seen two plus a loaded car carrier. It does look a lot better in person.

It does. I’ve seen exactly one, and it was literally right around the time they went on sale. It looks very cool, at least to my eyes.
Manual is dead. Sorry.
Significantly bigger, significantly heavier.
but he’s comparing new vs. used, not low end vs high end sedans. if they bought a new a6, it would eventually be just as expensive to repair
And THIS is how you ruin a design. When Nissan had the “floating roof” on only the Murano and Maxima, it looked modern and unique (because it was well-executed).
Also see Trump.
This is what I like about GM and Ford’s approach. They are doing all their testing privately with U-Michigan and Michigan State (because its close to home for them) rather than just spawning it on the public for beta testing like Tesla and Uber.
Yeah I don't really want our publicly funded roads to be a part of corporate beta testing
3rd Gear: The wife and I just added to the heat in the used car market. Picking up a 2017 Audi A6 3.0T Premium Plus S-line for less than 45% of sticker tonight. It only has 25k miles and 11 months left on the factory warranty. It’s crazy how much sedans, especially near premium and up, depreciate. And it’s crazy how…
I think if you look at the actual sales numbers for sports cars, manuals are still chosen significantly less than the auto’s.
ALL GLORY TO THE HYPNOTOAD!
Why isn’t this sponsored content? Do you not like money?
This. This photo tells me everything I need to know. In ideal conditions (Pre-heat the battery for 45 minutes and you get one shot), the Tesla is a hypercar; for that alone we have to give Tesla immense credit. However, on run 3/4, your 100k+ hypercar beating sedan turns into a MK7 Golf GTI. Not a good look for Tesla,…
Uh it wasn’t glossed over. That was basically the only reason the Tesla won the comparison.
I am not in the market for either vehicle, but if given the choice of two relatively equal rivals, I would buy from the performance car company, not the technology company.
Porsche built a Porsche.
