David Tracy: “17 million postal jeeps”
Yes, but only once, and not for very long*
No, if such a car existed we’dve read some coverage about it by now.
Hard to choose NP or CP because I lost interest when I scrolled down the ad and saw one of my all-time most irritating Craigslist pet peeves:
A brand new, high performance, mid-engined, V8 car with a warranty for only $60k? You’re out of your mind! That would be a crazy bargain! No manufacturer would do that!
Or..or for 60k... you could have a better looking car, with the same performance a mid engined V8 & a warranty...
If you look at the data, it’s the Boomers. Seriously, their debt load is insane, something like $2 trillion, double what Millennials hold, and a lot of it is unsecured discretionary debt. Then again a lot of Millennial debt is undischargeable student loans, so who’s the sucker here is debatable.
As a collective economy, we often seem to forget about the bad times. It was, what, 10 years ago that the US was in the throes of one of the worst recessions in its history? It’s mind-boggling to me that many have already forgotten this and are gleefully loading up on debt. Even people that lost their houses 10-12…
As a millennial with kids and a mortgage, my life is a constant recession prep exercise.
The stock market makes no sense to me. I’ve tried to learn, and paid attention in school. I guess I’m just an idiot.
