Idk about Canada, but in the US regular people take whatever job they can get.

Im waiting for Toyota to enter the market. They might be 8 years away from doing so, but damnit I want their reliability.

How else will I know that's it's too long and that I didn't read?

Cant be a growth story if sales aren't growing. That's not an opinion, it's a fact.

Well they still wouldn't have created robots to buy Ford trucks. Why would Wall Street settle for that?!

Yup. I love my 86, love the new Supra (it could look better, but eh) yet all I hear are complaints about both.

Actually it didn't. He said he'd cut cost last year. And did. But it wasn't enough. Then he tried closing all the Tesla stores to cut cost (and failed). Now he's cutting costs again. I don't think there's enough unessential costs that can be cut though.

They know. In their comment, Musk is the compulsive tweeter.

And it’s not working well to actually fund their company, their situation is ugly. Same as Tesla’s will be if they depend on trinket sales.

Kerp infinity, but go back to the good old days when you could buy a cheap v6 with 330hp. Now they've made it so you have to pay like $40k+ to get it when it was once $30k+. Nobody wants the v4 in that price range.

They already sank a ton into building up the capacity they have now, which is awful as demand is shrinking. They can’t just supply parts at this point, they may have to file for bankruptcy. Unless demand comes surging back with a vengeance, they should start losing even more money going forward.

It’s $35,400 now, so obviously this will solve everything!

Do you know how many hours Musk works? This man is probably determined to do it himself, with the help of his CFO. I wouldn’t be surprised in the slightest.

Completely out of character for Musk. Instead, he’s going to fund the company by selling hats, t shirts, and trinkets.

He’s been accused of taking acid right before the funding secured tweet. I think if that’s true then pot is the least of his worries.

All of them are complaining about the costs of batteries. And then there’s Tesla, who took the plunge to light billions of dollars on fire. Very brave, but not exactly smart. Smart will be Toyota coming into the EV market almost last, but also making a profit off of EVs almost immediately.

Lol their minister of ‘truth’ himself whined like a baby over the initial decision to get rid of referral bonuses. Electrek is just a Tesla propaganda site and Fred Lambert made a lot of money off of Tesla referrals.

I'm agreeing.

I love a good hard top convertible but I’d love a targa or T-top as well. Just let me feel some wind coming in, other than from the windows.

And for the love of God, can Toyota give us a convertible or at least a targa top? That on the MR2 would be perfect and it'd be my next car.
