For most of us, this would be an extravagance, but it is for sale in Florida, so that armoring would probably come in handy.

Max is barely ahead. He had no “right” to the corner other than being the leader. Check out the lead image: Max is going for the apex, but Ocon is fully on the kerbs. Where does Ocon go? We can debate all day long whether it was appropriate for Ocon and Verstappen to battle for unlapping all day long, but at the end…
If I crashed a car like this I wouldn’t want to walk away from it. LAWD TAKE ME NOW!
Red and green? That’s insensitive to color blind people!
The original RDX was based off the Civic/CRV. The current generation is not.
Acura missed a HUGE opportunity 10 years ago. The 1st gen RDX’s drivetrain was really advanced for its day: twin-scroll turbocharged 2.3L engine, and SH-AWD, which (on paper anyway) had the same capabilities as Mitsubishi’s S-AWC and Nissan’s ATTESSA-ETS. 2007 was the same year the RSX got put to bed because it was…
I think the key difference between your Impala and the people buying these tires is you can actually get a radial tire in your Impala’s size. Try finding a radial tire in 600x16 (the size Pirelli is making these tires in and was one of the most common sizes back in the day).
Civic Wagon also isn’t iconic nor is it really desirable. The VehiCross is. It’s not just the rarity, it’s the fact that people actually like them and want them.
It’s cost man. Keeping three cars running, insured, and registered is a lot of money. Sitting has not done this poor beast any good. It sprouted two oil leaks and a coolant leak I had to take care of before putting it for sale.
They’ll hit the bottom of their depreciation curve in the next few years. And people love these. I get asked about it at least once a month. They will definitely go up in value.
It’s great to drive but horrifically impractical. The trunk is useless and the sightlines are horrible. The Challenger and Mustang are easier to live with day to day. Couple that with the styling that’s only been tweaked a bit since it debuted and it’s small wonder the sales are slipping.
Selling my Isuzu VehiCross. It’s currently for sale right now because I don’t have the time, money, or bandwidth to keep three cars all on my own (two of which are always in some need of repair). I already know finding another good VehiCross will take ages and they’re going to start going up in value in the next few…
Y’all ran this exact same story a week ago:
This had better be COTD...
I’ll never forget watching Dan’s crash. It was one of the most awful wrecks in the modern age of racing. Not only did it happen to one of the most likable people in racing, it happened right as his career was picking up again. He’d gone through a lull with Panther Racing and snagging the Indy 500 basically jump…
This is actually a really cool Camaro. The interesting backstory about how to get your hands on the 1LE pack and why Chevy didn’t widely offer it is intriguing. That alone puts this car a cut above the regular IROCs. But the seller is kidding himself if he thinks this car is worth this much in 2018. He needs to wait a…
Funny enough, when you’re looking at factory option cars, the odder the combo, the more valuable it is. Buyers actually do care about “one of one.” If you watch any of the classic auctions original cars with unique options packs do go for more money than the more common variants.
