HAHA we used to joke that when we were pulled over, we’d give the officer a $20 and say “Hey can I just speed all day?”  I never tried it, too chicken.

Excuse me good sir, but are you lost???

Sigh, too bad it’s not still 1997 again here in Montana:

HAHA in the mid-nineties we literally had no numerical speed limit here in Montana. It was......fabulous.

THIS!!!!!!!

I expected you to proclaim Barstool sports is fired, since they are anti-union and all.

Clutches were probably shot after the 3rd day of shooting.  I’ve had terrible luck with clutch-based limited slip rear ends.  Lockers FTW

Yep I agree with this, same is true on jeeps, thinking about upgrading my JL from 33s to 35s for the same reason, but it doesn’t require a lift for 35s.

Is it a function of the physical size, i.e. they made it much longer than the competition?  Or is is frame rigidity, (size), etc?

Thanks for the reply......Wow this is wild, and it cements my love for the Ford GT. Jealous that you’ve spent a lot of time with them, especially dyno time, what a fun way to spend an afternoon. What do you think that engine was actually producing at the crank?

True. One big exception is towing capacity, it has gone way up, especially in 3/4ton diesels.

0-60 for the ‘04 Ford GT was 3.5sec, but considering that was 15yrs ago I guess you could make the argument it’s more impressive than a Z51 C8. But, the GT was $139k, so there’s that.

HAHA same here!

Real farmers/ranchers do not want lifted trucks because it makes them LESS capable/practical, especially for towing, accessing the bed, etc. It’s almost always city kids with lifted brodozers, at least around here (Montana).

Dwayne you’re killing me with this. Such a negative take. Don’t you think it’s cool that we get an affordable mid-engine supercar? Were you not impressed with the Ford GT in ‘04? I sure was, and that thing was more expensive than this vette, but still within the reach of some middle class people (there are a couple in

HAHA apparently you have never experienced a winter in Montana, with frozen balls.

Been thinking about this, I wasn’t aware of quality issues, how bad were they for the Fisker Karma?  I was in love with that thing.

Same goes for icy/snowpacked roads. Pre-ABS, it was dangerous to use cruise control.

Good for you.  Many unions are not this way.
