The tailgate on my Bronco is set up the same way and the key slot on the tail gate and the switch on the dash both quit working. For now, I put jumper wires right to the window motor and have a 12V battery in the back of the truck. It’s a pain to climb over the seat to touch the wires to the battery but at least I can…
