Wow! That is some serious stuff your classmate did. The notary thing is probably what got him the three years. I went to school with a guy who notarized a dead clients will. He managed to keep his license some how.

Depends on how long you had the policy. Some of them disclaim for suicides that occur less than a year following the decedent purchasing the policy.

Someone being subpoenaed for a deposition is different than whether something will be deemed admissible at trial. Just because evidence is out there doesn’t necessarily mean it is coming in.

It isn’t coming in to evidence at the trial. This is only relevant to the Court of Public Opinion.
