I think it should be a crime as well. But I am just not sure if it is.

She is a terrible person....I’m just not sure if this is a crime though.

He was the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York.....I think that takes a little more intelligence and manner than a 3L from a random law school. Btw....being a 3L in law school is generally one of the more out to lunch periods of time any lawyer ever experiences.

Most people of either gender don’t ask for sole custody because they realize that 50/50 is the best arrangement. However, I have had male clients who wanted sole custody or the lesser level of primary physical custody of the minor children due to the unfitness of the Mother.

I’m just speaking from my personal experience within my own practice and what I have observed in the surrounding legal community.  

In my experience women disproportionately get either primary physical custody or sole custody of the minor children. Most men find it impossible to substantiate a change in circumstances and the arrangement ends up staying that way.
