holy smokes. could've been me. I would've never thought to tell my kid to stay away from the washing machine while it was running. good thing I don't have kids, yet.

@HIcycles: Oh yeah, I didn't read the article. How unprepared was my response? :)

Being in HR, I disagree with the whole interviewer not being prepared is not a bad thing. The purpose of the interview is for both the interviewer and interviewee to determine if the job and the company a good fit. If the interviewer doesn't do their homework, their doing the candidate and the company a disfavor. As

Just a reminder: if you're a non-exempt, hourly employee, you shouldn't be checking your work email when you're not at work...

HOLY $H!T!

@Origamido: only if you're planning to eat em.

Holy smokes. I went from a small company (200 ees) to a large company (5500 ees). Damn. It feels like I'm doing a lot of fake work to clean up the fake work of my predecessor.

@yesletsgo: Don't forget the bread fizzies. and mayo fizzies. hell, just do a blt fizzie.

I'm glad we're treating US citizens as criminals while we leave our borders open. Yeah, I went there.

@Jacknut: never thought about that mix. Sounds nice. Gotta try it.

@Pucksr: Nice. Just don't end up on the news.

@Pucksr: "how do you know that he didn't provide you with what he wanted to provide?" That's a good question. How much God provides is not as important as the fact that it was He that provided. Whether big or small, He provided, and as such, a tenth should be given back to Him. It's a faith thing.

@Pucksr: This depends upon your point of view. For a Christian/Jew, it's God letting me keep 90% of His wealth. How is it His wealth? For a Christian/Jew, He provides the gifts, talents knowledge, skills, and abilities so that I can do the job that I do. If He's the One who gives me the ability, He's being awfully

A gun rack? I don't even own a gun, yet alone many guns to necessitate an entire rack.

@Raziel66: I agree 100% with you on this one. I recently had a bad experience using a coupon at a grocery store; the asst manager muttered under his breath, "I wish they would get rid of coupons".

@j3oomerang: Capitalism isn't the problem. People are the problem, and we need to get rid of them immediately.

@Sobutosu: I agree. While I don't agree with the way that this video presents the problem, I agree that people, including myself, are never content with what they already have. Although... I have a 3 year old computer, a 5 year old laptop, and my old, 5lb-lead-infested CRT TV still sitting in my living room.

Wow. I love propaganda, but wow.

Tubemate Rocks!

I'm gonna try this one out...
