This could be interesting from an economics perspective as well. Rarely can someone buy a vehicle that they watch race on TV. If people really like it, maybe they could buy the exact scooter they see in the race from the manufacturer. Or not, if these end up being insanely expensive. Who knows. Just a thought.

I know some people hate these taillights- they’re unique if nothing else. I have an IS300 wagon myself so I recognize these immediately at night.

I own one, its the best car anyone could ask for (besides gas mileage). RWD 2jz wagon that is completely practical- thats hard to beat.

Nobody seems to know/remember that Lexus sold the IS300 wagon in the states from 02-06. They’re not super common, that might be part of it.

I love my is300 but Lexus put the oil filter in the worst conceivable place. Its a pain in the ass with or without a lift, you need hands the size of Trump’s to actually reach it.

Oh, I agree. It definitely meant to be more of a luxury yacht than the IS300 and a lot of the IS300s get riced sadly..

You can buy a lexus on almost any budget, I picked my IS300 Sportcross up for almost nothing. It still looks like a relatively expensive car, or at least that someone wealthy would drive it, but I bought it with the average broke college kid’s budget.
