I thought the point of the crappy Taurus was to show the extent of the impact of OCP's cost-cutting ways and how that affected the officers.

You are confusing your Autobots with your Cylons
It's amazing how much more room things seem to have when they are photographed with a 10mm lens. These are basically fisheye photos with the barrel distortion edited out. It probably feels like a Mazda 5 inside.
COTD NOMINATION!
How on earth did this make comment of the day? This is a car blog. Why are we promoting ignorance?
Turbos don't make engines more fuel efficient. They shove more air into the engine so you can put MORE fuel in per second and still get a decent air/fuel ratio. More fuel equals more energy equals more power out of the…
It had to be done:
Your DOF "preview" is all the time with a good new mirrorless camera.
India's crash test and safety equipment standards are non-existent compared to the USA's. Any car engineered specifically for India would be illegal to sell in the USA (unless it was classifiable as a motorcycle or something). Think about everything American cars HAVE to have: ABS, so many airbags, traction/stability…
The Elio will have a 3 cyl, 70hp, 1.0L engine. Ford makes a 3 cyl, 1.0L ecoboost that fits in a carryon. It can be factory tuned to 123hp and 148 ft/lbs. Holy smokes, do that engine swap!
You must have skipped past the Elio in 5th gear. $6,800 car.
I saw the Elio and spoke with their rep in Indianapolis. It is a brilliant idea that is very well executed. I don't really see room for improvement in the initial design concept.
That's probably so once Americans got in it, it would flatten out to a null camber.
2nd Gear: FALSE!
This abomination takes the cake, in my book:
F1 makes Indycars look like cheap pieces of junk. Watch an IRL street circuit race. Then watch the Monaco or Montreal F1 race. The Indy cars look like a parade of Yarises tooling around downtown.
Pentax K-5.
That is a Cord 812. You can see them in the Auburn Cord Deusenburg Museum in Auburn, Indiana. I've been several times. It is in the original, art-deco Auburn showroom. Beautiful cars made in Indiana. http://www.automobilemuseum.org
