Why not? I got 250,000 miles out of a 2010 Prius (sold it in 06). Everything was still original and was only burning about a quart of oil every 1000ish miles at high altitude. I'm pretty sure I could have rolled that car to a million but I was getting tired of brodozers trying to flex balls.
