What mechanical problems? If you consider the ABS module and a parking brake cable a mechanical problem on a car approaching 30 years old, you should probably stay way from used cars in general.

Timing belt? at 66k? 

Only 66k miles on a 1992 Acura? Wow that’s low. The ABS mod. and the P Brake cable are easy fixes and would have no impact on my vote. Technically still have a ways to go before worrying about a timing belt change and on this it’s not a very expensive job at any shop anyway if you had them do it. NP all day.  

Based on my experience with Sebrings (not mine but others close to me) Pretty sure the transmission was either rebuilt of changed at least twice and lord knows how much other mechanical and emissions related things needed to be repaired to get it to that mileage.
