Weight. Structural rigidity. Looks. Leaky top. Road noise. Unnecessary maintenance. Nothing inherently wrong, just preference.

Is that an actual build or a photoshop? Looks like a Corvette and a Koenigsegg had a baby.

Why do most companies insist on making their small sports cars roadsters (BR-Z not included)? Please make an affordable coupe, not roadster. I'm looking at you too Mazda.

He's referring to the 3/4-1 ton pickups, not semis. The big three are pushing over 700 ft.lbs. and that number is increasing annually.

Not a fan of the Ram or Dodge in general, but of all the full-size pickups out there, this would certainly be the one best suited to massive HP upgrades, mainly due to the fact that it has a four-link rear. Put that motor in a quad cab for weight distribution, tune the suspension right, add some massive brakes and

The masses are clamoring for a new Bronco. Just build it already!

Those have to be some of the coolest wheels ever put on a racecar. Reminds me of those on the Gurney Eagle.

Fiat has sold what 17 Vipers in the last two years? Don't forget, they also dropped the price by thousands because no one wanted the things. Oh and killed the SRT racing team.

Don't forget the Bronco, 427 and Comtinental.

I'm sick of seeing that stupid grille on every one of their cars. It works well on the Fusion and Mustang but that's it.

I'm all for the Chevy shaming, but Corvette Racing has actually won six times. That being said, the GT40 is the only American car to win overall, doing so from 1966-1969. But yes GM has won races at Le Mans.

Pure speculation, but I'd imagine that Ford would price it in the mid 100k range. They would not make a successor to the GT at a lower price point, that's just silly and encroaches on the Shelby. The 2005-6 cars are going for upwards of twice this original MSRP. The GT will always be more collectible than a Viper and

The original GT40 did not have a flat plane crank.

Agreed. Ford has hinted that the Ecoboost 6 in the Daytona prototypes is being used as the development mule for a Le Mans racer. I sure hope they plan on using that motor in the rumored LMP2 car and not the GT40. What a disaster a V6 GT40 would be.

Because mod motors are inherintely flawed and the engineering team doesn't know what they are doing? Okay...

The Voodoo would like a word with you.

Is there a chart relating this to curb weight? Wondering if there is a difference between a stripped regular cab and a loaded out super crew.

Yeah I think you are right. Just saw a better picture. They mentioned "injected carbon fiber" grille or something like that, I wonder if it is like an injected plastic, but carbon?? Who knows.

If you look real close at some high res pics, the lower part is plastic, and the lower set of fangs is CF.

Sounds like you would be happier in a GM anyway, so what is the point in complaining?
