To me, it would seem like an extremely easy problem to fix with software. You have a very simple object moving in to the frame at a very predictable speed, direction, time, and location. I don’t deny climate change, but I also don’t support it. I don’t believe we have been collecting accurate data for a long enough period of time to draw any meaningful conclusions. We don’t have information from earths past that tells us what normal fluctuations are for a 20 or even 150 year period. Its plain bad…

Driving is not a right, its a privilege. If you can’t operate a motor vehicle without endangering pedestrians, regardless of their fashion choice, then you should not have a driving license. Period.

I agree more emphasis should be placed on better driving practices, and punishing offenders accordingly.
