I get it - but the OP’s comment that it “just doesn’t work” is patently false.

For a major call center, asking for a supervisor is no guarantee you’ll get someone quickly or that will help you. I’ve heard of the “hand the phone/transfer the call to the person sitting next to you”, but unless it’s a tiny operation that just doesn’t happen.
As I saw in other comments, for bench press, I never put the clips on the bar. To be fair, I never put the clips on any of the exercises except deadlift as they otherwise don’t move much at all. This would allow me to tip the bar to slide the weights off if necessary.
Worked for a friend of mine. She’d been dieting for years trying to lose weight; nothing worked.
FYI, Bariatric or any of the other surgeries aren’t the miracle people think they are. If you don’t change your behaviors and relationship to food, they won’t work. Losing weight is 99% mental.
I don’t know - seems more complicated than 375 degrees for 20-22 minutes in the oven. You can season it however you want, cook vegetables on the pan at the same time...
Shave or get a full-head respirator. That’s why so many fireman have mustaches - beards don’t let their masks seal.
I’m still using cloth masks for the most part - because if I’m out in public I’m not hanging around. For groceries, I zip through the store knowing exactly what I need and hit the self-checkout and am gone in 10-15 minutes.
The one that will be the most successful is not just the one that gives you the best shot at calories in < calories out, but the one that you can actually stick with for the rest of your life.
Recently re-watched Being There - such a wonderful movie.
Joe Satriani liked my One Big Rush vanity plate that I took off my car and brought into the concert back in the 90s...
This is the way. I have a locked tool box with the heavy-duty stuff that I put in my Jeep for when I’d be out on the trails (I modified it so I could attach and lock it to the rear cargo area latch system metal loops as both theft protection and to keep it from being tossed around).
When I was into Mustang IIs, Phil’s Mustang II Specialty Shop on Phenix City, AL was the go-to place if I got tired of waiting for one to appear at a local salvage yard. I drove out to see him one time when I was in the area (well, 4 hours away at least), and he basically had a couple of storage units filled to the…
It is basically a full-time job trying to find this stuff. I’ve volunteered several times at our local ReStore, including when we would go to locations to salvage or pick up items. One time, it was 120-year-old houses that were being demolished so the local university could expand their parking. Amazing stuff in…
Had the exact same thing happen as #9. Was all set to buy from my usual salesperson at my regular dealer, but the car I wanted wasn’t available. With the end of month approaching and the end of a rebate with it, I went to another dealer that I had issues with before, but they had the car/trim I wanted on the lot.
Those Philips-Head tail lights are everywhere around here (midwest)...
Phone is collected at 10pm. Computer is in an open area and not their room.
Probably lean more towards Elmore. In 8th grade, I made a decoupage in shop class from the cover of the Expert Rules book.
