This sounds like it has everything I love about the title structure of Interstate ‘76.

We use an LCD tablet that we keep on the door of the fridge (it has magnets on the back).  We write stuff on it as we use it up and need more, and then who ever is going to the store takes a picture of the list (or can tell one of us at home to text a picture of it to them).
