These days, you can split the martial arts into fitness and fighting. Schools will market around those (with unavoidable overlap between both, but a clear emphasis on one or the other).

RE: the first question. Obviously these days, you’re rolling the dice due to lack of inventory so wait at your own risk. Secondly, if you go into the process feeling like you have to have that vehicle ASAP, then you’ll box yourself in during the negotiations.
